Jidoka Technologies has a long history of working for big product companies like Nokia, HP etc. We have developed products around NFC technology. These products can be used as is by us hosting them for the customer or by setting up customer installations. All of our products are also easy to integrate with customer systems.
Proof of Attendance System
Proof of attendance provides the customer an online log of activities performed by individuals (for example mobile workers in the field). The individual user is identified either by the NFC enabled mobile phone or by badge containing NFC tag. The user will touch the tag attached into any entity (vehicle, tool, facility, etc.) and will be provided online information regarding the entity (fetching the information from the backend systems and displaying it to the user). The user will be provided with a dynamic set of actions the user can select for the entity. The actions are recorded and can be easily used to create reports regarding proof of attendance or be used for monitoring if the certain action was not executed in the specified threshold.
Asset Management System
Asset management provides an easy way to tag all property with NFC tags. The tag will contain a unique ID which will be used to fetch the property information from the backend system. Users could tag any kind of property for example PCs, laptops, cell phones, etc. By tagging the property you can record the history of events that occur like creating the property, loaning the property, servicing the property, destroying the property etc. This way one can easily follow what has been done for what property by whom, when and why.
Jidoka NFC Platform
Jidoka NFC platform provides a highly customisable piece of software that can be used to integrate NFC functionality into existing systems. We will provide a Java client for NFC enabled mobile phone, communication stack, and backend functionality like servlets and database tables etc. The backend functionality is designed to be easily used with different technologies for example Java J2EE, PHP and .NET technolgies. All our database tables are DBMS independent and can be used in almost any SQL database like MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server etc. Along with the Jidoka NFC platform, we would like to offer the customer our consulting power to leverage the platform inside the customer organisation (requirements management, design & architecture, project management, testing).
